Google Business Profile management, done for you
The short answer
Google Business Profile management means someone keeps your free Google listing accurate and active: posts, photos, hours, review replies and answers to questions. CoveDesk’s Google Business Profile Management is $149 a month, month to month, with a one-time $350 cleanup first if your profile needs it. You stay the owner and add us as a manager.
Your Google profile is often the first thing a new customer sees. Here’s what we do to it, what we don’t, what it costs, and how to do it yourself if you’d rather.
What’s included
- Cleanup, once: we claim and verify your profile, fix your categories, services and service areas, add photos and a description, write your first 3 posts and check that your name, address and phone match everywhere
- Every month: 4 posts, review requests after the work is done, a reply to every new review and answers to questions
- A monthly report on calls, direction requests and website clicks
- Profile upkeep, so your hours, services and photos stay current
You stay the owner
You add us as a manager, so you never share your password. Google says (opens in a new tab) managers can edit info, respond to reviews and manage posts, but can’t add or remove users or remove the profile. You can remove us at any time.
To add us: go to your Business Profile, choose More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access. Select Add, enter the email we give you, choose Manager and select Invite.
What it doesn’t include
- Rankings. Google says (opens in a new tab) there’s no way to request or pay for a better local ranking, so we don’t promise one.
- Buying or removing reviews. We reply to them. We never buy them or pay to have them taken down.
- Ad spend. Google Ads and Local Services Ads are separate.
- Other directories. Bing, Apple, Yelp and the rest are the separate one-time Listings Fix.
- More locations. Each extra location is quoted for you.
Rather do it yourself?
Many owners do. Google says (opens in a new tab) creating a Business Profile and listing your business is free. Our guide to managing your Google Business Profile walks through the monthly work, and the free Google Business Profile audit shows what to fix first.

A good fit for
