Dialzara alternatives and pricing
The short answer
Dialzara charges by the minute: $29 a month for 60 minutes, $99 for 220, $199 for 500 and $349 for 1,000, with extra minutes at $0.48 down to $0.35. Blind transfer is on every plan, and warm transfer starts at $99. Upfirst bills per call, Goodcall per unique customer, RingReady a flat price. Smith.ai adds live agents, and CoveDesk is run for you.
Dialzara is a by-the-minute service with a low way in: $29 buys 60 minutes, or about two a day. The catch to check is where features land, since warm transfer and calendar sync don’t appear until the $99 plan. Here’s what its own pages say, how it lines up with CoveDesk, and the other options.
Updated November 3, 2026. CoveDesk is one of the services on this page; other companies’ prices and features are from their own websites, linked below.
Dialzara alternatives, by what you need
- Goodcall: Bills by caller rather than by minute, so a long call costs no more, and it tries several contacts when a call is urgent. From $79/month: 100 unique customers, as published.
- Smith.ai: Software with live agents behind it, including people to pick up the calls you’d rather not leave to software. From $0/month: 25 calls answered by software, as published.
- CoveDesk (that’s us): if you want calls picked up, missed callers texted, and your Google profile and website looked after, all set up and run for you. Not live receptionists. Front Desk is $249/mo with 250 minutes. Free 14-day pilot.
- Rosie: A lower price per minute at most sizes, with extra use moving you up a plan instead of a per-minute rate. From $49/month: 250 minutes, as published.
- My AI Front Desk: One plan covering calls, texts, email and web chat, if you’d rather not buy texting separately. From $99/month: 200 voice minutes, as published.
- Upfirst: Per-call pricing with warm transfer on every plan, including the smallest. From $24.95/month: 30 calls, as published.
- RingReady: One flat monthly price with no minute counting at all, and setup guides for Jobber and ServiceTitan. From $49/month: unlimited calls and minutes, as published.

Stay with Dialzara if
- You want a low starting price you can test. $29 a month with a 7-day free trial on the voice plans. CoveDesk’s free 14-day pilot starts with a talk with our team, since we set it up for you.
- You need Spanish or another language. Spanish is listed, though its pages differ on whether Lite gets it, and its language page lists 10 in all. CoveDesk has no Spanish yet.
- You want booking on the call. It writes straight to Google Calendar or Outlook, from Pro up on its pricing page. We pass you the details for a callback.
- You want more channels from one company. A two-way texting agent, website chat and outbound calling are all for sale. CoveDesk answers inbound calls and sends missed-call texts.
Which Dialzara plan costs least for your minutes?
Its extra-minute rates are close to its included ones, so a smaller plan with extras often beats the next plan up for longer than you’d guess. Worked from its published prices:
- Up to 205 minutes: Business Lite. 100 minutes comes to $48.20.
- 206 to 442 minutes: Business Pro. 250 minutes comes to $112.50.
- 443 to 874 minutes: Business Plus. 500 minutes is $199, and 700 comes to $279.
- 875 minutes and up: Business Elite. 1,000 minutes is $349.
- Need warm transfer? Then the math changes. Pro is the first plan that lists it, whatever your minutes.
What the same month costs
Worked out from each company’s published list prices: the cheapest plan or plan plus extras that covers the month, lowest first at 250 minutes. For companies that bill by the call we count one call as 2.5 minutes, which is the ratio PATLive’s own pages use. These are our sums, not quotes, and they leave out tax and one-time fees.

Why owners look past Dialzara
- $29 leaves things out. Business Lite has blind transfer but not warm transfer, and its pricing page starts calendar sync and English and Spanish at Pro. If you need those, price it from $99.
- Sixty minutes goes quickly. That’s about two minutes a day. A 100-minute month on Lite already comes to $48.20, so check your real call minutes before you pick by the sticker.
- Having it run for you is a big step up. Initial prompt setup is listed on Elite at $349, and ongoing prompt work is Done for You, by quote from $1,500+ a month.
- No CRMs by name. Its integrations page says “popular CRMs” and names none, and Jobber, ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro don’t appear. Zapier and Make are the named routes.
Where CoveDesk is different
- Run for you without the jump. Dialzara’s ongoing management is its quote-only tier. CoveDesk is set up and run by our team as the normal way it works, with no setup fee.
- Your Google profile and website. We can look after both, at extra cost or in the Front Office plan. Dialzara’s site doesn’t mention profile care, and offers chat rather than building sites.
- What you give up. Spanish and other languages, calendar booking, and a free week. Callers hear a short notice at the start, and urgent calls come to you alone, with no rotation.
Switching from Dialzara
- It’s a monthly subscription that renews on its own, and you cancel through your account. Source: Dialzara’s terms (opens in a new tab)
- Its terms page says it doesn’t offer refunds. The full terms that page links to say cancelling takes effect immediately and that the price you paid isn’t returned, so ask whether you’d keep the rest of a paid month. Source: Dialzara’s terms (opens in a new tab)
- Your own number stays yours if you forward it, and you turn forwarding off. Its FAQ says moving a number to Dialzara is free, but doesn’t describe moving it back out. Source: Dialzara’s terms (opens in a new tab)
- Its FAQ says recordings, transcripts and messages belong to your account, and you can export them from the dashboard. Do that before you go. Source: Dialzara’s terms (opens in a new tab)
Before you cancel anything, forward your calls to the new service and make three test calls of your own: a new customer, an urgent problem and a wrong number.
How we checked this
We make CoveDesk, so we’re not neutral, and this page isn’t a review. Everything about Dialzara comes from its own website, read on November 3, 2026, with the pages linked below. We haven’t bought its service, and we don’t quote ratings or anyone’s opinion as fact. Where we couldn’t find a fact, we say so instead of guessing, and “not mentioned” means not on the pages we read, which isn’t a search of its whole site.
